About my PM Training

 Founded in 2023, my PM Training LLC was born out of a simple, frustrating realization: most PMP exam prep courses are designed to help you memorize a book, not lead a project.

Our founder entered the management and technical consulting arena in 2014, working in the trenches of large-scale infrastructure and enterprise transformations. When he earned his PMP credential in 2015, he experienced firsthand how transforming abstract project management theory into predictable project delivery could fast-track a career. 

Over the next decade, as he led high-velocity teams and managed large organizations of Technical Program Managers at elite global firms, he noticed a widening gap. The Project Management Institute (PMI) was evolving to prioritize Agile, Hybrid, and situational leadership, but the training market was stuck in the past—flooded with cheap, outdated video dumps or stiff, overpriced academic bootcamps.

He launched my PM Training to build a better roadmap for the modern project leader.

 We don’t employ professional test-takers or career academics who haven't managed a budget or a deployment in a decade. We are a team of active, in-the-trenches project leaders.
